Urban provided a quote by email within 24 hours of visiting and once they had been given the work, contacted us to arrange a start date. They arrived on time! They were professional and efficient and carried out the work with minimum disruption. The estimate was competitive and there were no "surprises". It was a relief to find a building firm that did what they said they would do.

I have used many builders before on development projects but was especially impressed with the team on this project. It was the first time I used them and won’t be the last. They were great to work with, and the whole build went smoothly.  They always had a positive attitude and solution to any unexpected issue. The work came in on time and budget which was very impressive in itself. All in all I would highly recommend them.

We are really pleased with the Urban lads for just completing our new bungalow. The build is of a very high standard (lots of comments from the neighbours!!) and we would highly recommend Urban. The Urban lads did a fantastic job from start to finish with our garage conversion. All the work was completed to a high standard, nothing was too much trouble even when we kept adding on jobs for them to do! They always turned up when they said they were coming and the job was completed on time. They were all very respectful of our home always cleaning up any mess they had made. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to people and have already asked them to come back and do some more work for us.

Had a great time working with these guys. Good price and good quality of work. I can say that all of the guys who did the work were great tradesmen who knew their stuff. The work is great and the final result is fabulous. We've had a few small problems to solve, where the plans and reality did not match but in every case they worked with us to get a solution that we are happy with.  Based on our experience, I'd say go for it.

Urban recently fitted ramps, rails and a new wet room for my mother who is 84 years old. She was understandably concerned about the disruption, but Urban were very professional and kept her up to date with what was happening throughout the whole process. The fitters were very considerate, friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble for them and she cannot praise them highly enough. The wet room is lovely and has been done to a very high standard. Definitely worth a five star review.

Good quality work by an engaging and amiable team. They took great care to make sure that the extension exterior and interior blended seamlessly with the character and history of the main building.
